Today LBR had a training ride. The trainer started with flat work and LBR was good.
After the flat work, she did a few courses with him. She was focused on getting him slow and collected before the jumps. A couple of times, LBR broke down into the trot. After a few mistakes, he settled in nicely and cantered to and away at a very slow and collected pace.
The weather is going to have a drastic change. It was 78F degrees and sunny today. Tomorrow's forecast is for a high of 33F degrees with the storm coming through overnight.
