The Austin area had severe storms last night (lightening, rain, hail, and even a tornado). Fortunately, by the time they reached the Manor area (east side of Austin), most of the violent weather was done and we experienced only lightening and about 1" of rain.
As we headed to the stables, we had a small wager on which side of LBR would be coated in mud and planned for a horse bath. Gary guessed left side, Cindy guessed right....LBR had different plans - he was coated on both sides including face and ears.
We bathed him in the open area and let him graze to dry. It was a nice end to a long week.
